Your size, and one figure
Have the size before anyone comes out.
Forty minutes in the house, at a time that suits you, and the size in writing before we talk about equipment.
- The calculation. We measure the rooms, the glass and the insulation, and run the load properly. It takes about forty minutes and it happens before any equipment is discussed.
- The return and the ducts. Static pressure is taken with a manometer and written down. If the ductwork cannot carry the new system, you find out now rather than after.
- One number, in writing. The size, the tier, what happens to the ductwork, the permit, and one figure. Only the house being different from what we measured can change it.
- The install. One or two days, depending on ductwork. Static pressure is taken again at the end and both readings go on the paperwork.
